Visit to Nainital on New Year

It was a two day trip to Nainital on the New Year celebration with my Wife and 2 year old daughter. I Stayed at "Prince Hotel" on the Mall road. The hotel is suggested my close relative as they know some employee there. The Hotel was nice and located at the Center of the Mall Road. You can view the Lake , also, in a night you can go for a walk. As it was a New year time so it cost me Rs 3200 with taxes. Pros: 1. The Staff was good 2. Service is goog 3. Food quality is OK 4. One good thing i want to tell, as my daughter is 2 year old so she needed milk at night, so they served the milk in thurmus for the night. Also, while checkout i forgot jacket in the room, the staff who inspected the room after I left came to me, and handed the jacket I left. Cons: There nothing such about to say as it was short trip and i didn't faced any problem.

Very average customer service, poor cleanliness, no ventilation in the room. Area is overall dirty and the only good thing about the place is the view - lake-facing. Food is very average too. Had to ask for change of room

Too Small Room and too bad food

I stayed this hotel in this September'2016 with my wife, it was a very bad experience at all. On very first day, they put us into a closed room without any view. Room was too small. Bed sheets, curtains, towels were dirty and smelly. Once i checked bathroom, it was horrible. Buckets were dirty and water tape did not work. Hot water did not run or not worked. Very interestingly, on our second night, their cable connection suddenly disconnected and when i informed to check the same, they clearly refused that they couldn't help at all till next day. Regarding Food, they used to serve very bad food with one or two days old food, me and my wife suffered from food poison. Apart from these, the guy who serve food in room was the worst person ever we met. He looks girls/ladies like he never seen in his life earlier. It was overall a bad experience. Only good thing was that they helped us with honesty during check in and check out. Hotel is in good location just on the bank of Naini lake, but in the same price you will get so many good hotels. So, think once before book.

Its a family hotel with Cleaned room ,hot water facility, lake view ,dim romantic light peaceful environment and also lunch and dinner is available as per your choice where best thing is hotel lies on mall road nainital..near bus stand

The only good thing about this hotel is its location. Rooms are small, washrooms are not clean. Bedsheets and blankets are smelly. There are better hotels at mall. We had to book this hotel at the last moment as there were no hotels available at that time on mall road.
